A UK based person/relative who can become child’s guardian in UK – Guardian will be responsible to keep the child with him/her if there are holidays in boarding schools, there are functions in boarding school and if there is any emergency. Students still have the choice to visit their own country during holidays (Guardian only has to give his/her written consent that he/she is agreeing to become the legal guardian while the child is studying in UK).
